GAM and Its Strategic Direction to Enhance Management Capabilities in Line with International Standards

On October 20, 2025, in Hanoi, the Closing Ceremony of the Keieijuku 21 Advanced Business Management Program and the Opening Ceremony of Keieijuku 23 were successfully held, marking a notable event within the Vietnam–Japan business leadership community. Beyond continuing a journey of more than 15 years of knowledge exchange in advanced management practices between the two economies, the event also highlighted the growing importance of modern management thinking in an era of deep global integration.

Guided by its long-term vision of building a “Responsible and Ethical Enterprise,” GAM identifies the continuous enhancement of comprehensive management capabilities as a fundamental pillar for sustainable growth. By proactively engaging in the Keieijuku Advanced Business Management Program, developed in accordance with Japanese management standards, GAM strengthens its internal capabilities, improves operational effectiveness, and progressively refines leadership thinking aligned with international best practices.

With a long-standing reputation and a proven track record, the Keieijuku Program has, for many years, connected Japanese and Vietnamese experts to provide business leaders with access to Japanese management philosophies and highly practical, application-oriented methodologies.

Through this program, GAM not only elevates the quality of its internal governance but also contributes to strengthening Vietnam–Japan economic collaboration and advancing the standardization of products and services to meet international benchmarks, creating new momentum for sustainable and long-term cooperation between the two countries.
