With a proactive and adaptive mindset, GAM participated in the “Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Enterprise Management” program to gradually approach practical AI solutions suited to its operational needs.
The program focuses on studying and applying AI to optimize internal management processes while also supporting greater efficiency in marketing activities. Through practical and application-oriented discussions, GAM gained clearer insights into the role of AI in improving management and operational effectiveness.
In addition to the training content, the program provided an opportunity for GAM to exchange experiences and learn from its strategic partner, BASE Vietnam. These real-world perspectives help enrich GAM’s understanding and support more informed decision-making in its AI adoption journey.
